Curetes and Corybas

Tonight I will be honoring Curetes and Corybas. In Greek myth the Curetes, as I've mentioned before, protected the baby Zeus from Kronos. Rhea feared that her husband would find out that Zeus was alive and swallow him, thus she gave him to the Curetes to protect him. The Corybas are explained below.

Son of Iasion by Cybele, some say. In some accounts he was the son of Core by an unknown father and the ancestor of the Corybantes; in others he was the father of Ida. Referred to as Corybas.

I know that I'm going to enjoy myself and have a wonderful time. I hope you do as well.
